Hi, I’m Kristen Neeser.
With over 10 years of recruitment experience and full-cycle recruiting in the healthcare industry, I’m an expert at connecting people to their true calling. I was first drawn to the industry through my drive to make a difference in my own community and in smaller communities across the country. I saw first-hand the challenges the industry was facing, like critical staff shortages that led to diverting patients. That’s when I knew the industry needed better staff placement — so I stepped in to make the change. I’ve hired top talent for specialized healthcare services across Canada and my coaching has guided countless healthcare professionals through their transition into different positions, departments, and even career paths. These positions have spanned from clerical roles, to nursing positions, to leadership. I have recruitment experience from every corner of the industry: private, agency, and health authority, and also union and non-union. I’ve seen the industry inside and out, and I know what it takes to get the right person into the right role.
As a former NICU mom, I also feel a personal connection to the patient experience. I understand that there are real people behind every role.
